Before you call, it is fair to know exactly what is being promised. Four things, each one about this service rather than about anybody else’s work.
Someone answers, at any hour
The line on this site is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year, holidays included. Damage does not keep business hours and neither does the phone.
No charge for the call or the connection
There is nothing to pay here. No sign-up, no fee for the introduction, no charge if you decide not to go ahead at all.
Licensed, insured and nearby
You are put through to an independent contractor who holds the license this trade and state require and who actually works in Worcester. Ask to see the license and the certificate of insurance before work starts — any contractor worth hiring expects the question.
A poor fit is fixed by one more call
You are not stuck with the first name you are given. Call back, say it was not a fit, and ask for another. That is what the line is for.
Where these commitments stop
What this page does not do is guarantee the work itself. The contractors are independent; this site neither performs the work nor warrants it. Any workmanship guarantee comes from the contractor you hire, in writing, and it is worth asking for one.
